Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Haus of Aschar. We do not sell used or altered hair or products and inspect all orders prior to shipping to guarantee top quality. To ensure that you have chosen the correct items, please double check your order for any possible errors before submitting. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds and we will not accept any returns or exchanges for bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, haircare products, or lashes that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Exchanges

At Haus of Aschar, we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. We accept exchanges under certain circumstances, such as wigs that are too big after choosing the correct measurement size, receiving the incorrect lash style, lace tint shade, or bonnet color due to company error. If you believe you are eligible for an exchange, please take a look at our policies below and contact us.

Incorrect wig size

Each wig unit is hand crafted and personalized to each customer's need. Please make sure your head measurements are correct. If the wig fits too big after adjusting the straps, we will accept the wig back to make the necessary adjustments. The unit must be sent back in its original packaging, unaltered and has not been worn. For wig alterations, an email must be sent to (hausofaschar@gmail.com ) you must include the following:

  • First and last name

  • Email address used with order.

  • Wig style ordered (Ex: 5x5 closure wig)

  • Head size

  • Address

Wigs in need of alteration must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the unit. If the wig is sent back after the 5-day time frame, the unit will be returned to you. Customers are responsible for shipping cost.

Incorrect item received (lashes, lace tint, bonnets):

If you received the incorrect color shade or lash style, we will accept the product back in exchange for the correct product. Product must be sent back within 5 days of receiving package. The item must be in it's original packaging, un worn and unaltered. In order to receive the exchange you must complete the following:

·         Send an email to ( hausofaschar@gmail.com ) you must include the following

·         First and last name

·         Email address used with order.

·         Correct lash style, lace tint shade, or bonnet color

·         Address
