Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Haus Of Aschar ships through USPS (United States Postal Service)

​

- All orders are shipped using priority mail, once your order is fulfilled the estimated delivery time for priority mail is 2-3 business days.

​

- Orders such as lace products (lace glue, tint etc), bonnets and lace bands, will take 3-5 business days for order processing, shipping and handling.

​

- Wig orders will take 1-3 weeks for processing, shipping and handling. (All wig orders are hand crafted and customized per customer which requires additional time to ship) 

​

- Bundles and closure/Frontal orders will take 1-2 weeks for processing, shipping and handling.

​

- All orders are shipped out on Saturday’s before 12pm CST.

​

- Orders will show an update until it is completed, the status of the order will show fulfilled once it has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated.
